Under the applicable laws, Zomato \/ Pinelabs may be required to share the details of the Gift Card purchaser\/ redeemer and\/or any other information in relation to the redemption of the Gift Cards and\/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Cards, with RBI or other governmental\/ statutory authorities. Zomato\/ Pinelabs may contact the purchaser\/ redeemer (as the case may be) of the Gift Cards for any such information. By registering the Zomato Gift Cards, the User explicitly gives their permission for the usage of their personal information to comply with RBI guidelines and regulations.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information during the purchase of Gift Cards.
